Please come approximately ten minutes early to your first appointment to fill out the usual, new patient form. Or click here to print the new patient form at home, fill it out at home and bring with you to your first appointment.
Your appointment will be between 45min to one hour. We validate one hour of parking in our building’s garage.
We respectfully suggest that finding child care will facilitate you getting the most of your appointment, but we also understand that may not always be possible – not to worry.
Our services are covered by most of the major insurance carriers, but you are welcome to call our front desk to get more specific information.
Also, please be aware that our clinic is ‘owned by’ two lovely dogs that kindly allow us therapists to practice in their clinic. They are scrupulously clean, but if allergies are an issue, we are happy to refer you to a non-canine oriented clinic.
We’re conveniently located in downtown Seattle’s South Lake Union neighbor, across the street from REI.
